The Council of Elders of the Black Community of Howard County in partnership with the Howard County Public School System sponsors an annual Celebration of Academic Achievement to acknowledge students of African and African-American heritage. Bryant Woods Elementary 4th and 5th-grade students will be honored on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Long Reach High School.
