American Education Week is here, and we’re excited to welcome families!
The schedule is live and will be updated throughout the week!
We are excited to celebrate American Education Week from November 18th to 22nd! We invite you to visit our classrooms and experience our vibrant learning environment firsthand.
Kick off the week with Coffee and Conversation with the Principals on Monday, 11/18, at 9:30 a.m. Learn about our school improvement plans, ask questions, and connect with our staff.
Your presence is important to us! To accommodate your schedule, we've created a flexible itinerary for the week, featuring grade-specific activities for you and your child to engage in together. Please note that outside of these scheduled times, teachers and students will be focused on instruction. During your visits, teachers will be actively teaching, and students will be immersed in their learning, which will limit opportunities for personal discussions. (Stop by the front office to sign up for a parent-teacher conference the week of November 25th).
Here's what you need to know:
-
Sign in at the front office with Lobby Guard (bring your driver's license).
-
Wear your visitor sticker at all times.
-
No photos or videos, please.
-
Silence your phone.
-
Be mindful of student confidentiality.
|
-
Important Notes:
-
Due to safety concerns, visitors cannot attend recess (unless there is a particular team-wide activity).
-
Space may be limited at lunchtime, so please ensure students have priority seating.
-
Parking will be limited, so please carpool or consider alternative parking options.
